Corn Island Accomodations

Once we got to Corn Island, we had planned to stay at a hostal however, one of the kingdom hall apartments was offered to us for a couple of nights while they awaited couple moving in.  The apartment hadn't been lived-in in awhile and was actually being used for storage.  Several critters and creepy crawlies had taken up residence and weren't eager to share their space.  Friends loaned us a tent and a foam mattress to sleep on.  Once we zipped ourselves in and tucked the mosquito nets down, it wasn't as scary.  Every now and then though, we would hear something strange and Christi would ask, "Was that you??!"  Unfortunately, everytime my answer was a nervous, "No." :-(
