Last week, several of the friends got together at an area about 10 minutes from where I live called Laguna de Apoyo. The lagoon was created by a volcano so the water is always warm. Since we are all on a tight budget, we were elated that the area was free as long as some people bought food. It was nice to hang out with friends who are serving in other parts of the country and to relax for the day.
